Yep i added areaportals which try to calculate what you can and what you cannot see.
The best fps you will get if you go to storage unit 02 and wait for the main entrance to close.

I can either give you a non-registered map with that initial texture; or make some different panel that will do similar job.

A78 is good and I noticed some slight fps boost but Could you put the floor level guide thingy back on level 1 (For Rp Reasons)
