For starters, look up what wormhole generator and energy wall are. Familiarize yourself with stun grenade launchers as well. Also keep in mind that grade 11 gear can withstand a lot of damage.

@Kasra You need to recruit a large amount of S, S+, or S++. There are some FOBs on Security Challenge that exist so you can farm them, fortunately.

Not cheating, look up what wormholes and energy wall are. Use different weapons and switch tactics when it's clear your shotgun isn't working.

What you said about my country is true to some extent. Many of the war criminals in the Japanese Empire have never been punished and remained at the center of politics after WW2. Damn thing.
