Ive been waiting for this game for years. It was worth the wait.

It's a little hard to get into but its fairly similar to other paradox games. It can really suck you in. It does have a fear interesting mechanics that can be fun to abuse like sieging while splitting off and merging infantry or getting a ton of vassals diplomatically and then getting them to rebel and annexing there land without aggressive expansion. The next update coming in august 2020 will also release the epirus bonus pack. Overall i'd recommend if youre interested at a strategy game place in the hellenistic era.

Edited- Previous review before 8/3/20-It's a little hard to get into unless you've played paradox games before. I would not recommend buying until they release the epirus content pack as purchasable or as part of the deluxe edition. It has been a preorder exclusive since the game was released, and is still impossible to get as of 4/23/20. I hate how it's impossible for me to access all the content available for the game.
