This is an incredible game with a seemingly endless amount of depth. Do not learn anything about it. Play it blindly. It is a beautiful experience.

Possibly one of the best games I've ever played. Great use of music mechanics, great controls, beautiful graphics and sound, but most important of all, an engaging and emotional story that is worth every penny. Play this game.

This game is fantastic. The music is enjoyable and definitely helps set the mood, the writing is wonderful and sometimes delightfully meta, and I absolutely adore the fact you're allowed to choose to fight or not. The visuals, albeit retro, are pleasant as well. The only complaint I have is the extreme use of bullet hell during battles, although, on the other hand, I appreciate the fresh approach on turn-based battles in a Earthbound-esque RPG such as this one. All in all, if you want to experience a charming story with some dark twists and turns (especially depending on how you play), this is a game you should definitely play.
