3 bucks for 2-6 hours of satisfying gameplay. tight, visually nostalgic and good looking, no performance issues I've noticed, and just the right amount of breadcrumbs to keep you around for long enough to play it through. if there was an endless mode or more upgrades/levels that would be pretty neato, but for the price point it hits the right buttons, and honestly it doesn't overstay its welcome. 8/10 recommend for a lazy sunday with some banging chill beats :)

Early Access Review
So this is my first review on steam, so bear with me.

This game at first seems overwhelming and ridiculously complex yet somehow manages to be one of the most intuitive titles I have ever played (and I've played ALOT of games just on steam, look at my library) it makes you feel so clever when you manage to make an entirely self sufficient mining and refining op using just burner drills and burner inserters and ridiculous amounts of conveyor belts and a few chests. then 6 hours later (it's WHAT AM?!!) and everything is run by electricity and you have made a fully functioning self sufficient electrically run base complete with oil refinery's and solid fuel production that automatically feeds your boilers. then you're at work trying to figure out how to make your research production and labs more efficient and then have a eureka moment of "why the hell do I need all those conveyor belts, just let the assemblers pass it from one to the other" I think the best part about this game is that there is no wrong or right way to build your factory and produce whatever your little heart desires. yes some ways are more efficient but half the fun is discovering for yourself how to make it the best.

tl;dr game is a boatload of fun and will destroy hours of your life and you won't even realize it

protip: try to figure things out for yourself and use the wiki sparingly if at all and you'll feel like you're oh so clever
