about your gmod post, yeah i'd agree, tho i think Gmod first needs to be bit more stable on Linux branch before fully dropping Windows support (altrough certain functions like IsWindows() needs to stay in the Lua realm, just always returning false)
but other than that, i'm all for it, if it also means we get more engine improvements (tho i guess the latter is difficult while maintaining backwards compatibility with standard HL2/SDK2013)
