Smält matfettet. Vispa ägg och rörsocker pösigt. Blanda vetemjöl, vaniljsocker och kakao. Sikta ner i smeten. Tillsätt matfettet. Häll upp i formen. Grädda kladdkakan mitt i ugnen i cirka 25 minuter.

Servera kladdkakan med lite vispad grädde eller creme fraiche samt frukt eller bär.
