90 seconds is about the average time between when a notification is sent out and when the defender responds. Usually notifications are sent out when anything gets destroyed or stolen (cameras, UAVs, containers, mines, etc) or guards are extracted or killed. However, infiltrating a platform with nukes or a security challenge will start the timer immediately. Roughly about 60 seconds for the player to get an alert, and 30 seconds to respond and join the match.

At least, that's been my experience. And from what I could find on other forums, that seems to be what others have found, too.

1) usually there's a 90 second delay between infiltration and alarm. It took you about 3 and a half minutes to reach the core. Maybe I wasn't alerted because I was in the tabs or was busy infiltrating. I don't know.

2) It's possible I was in the middle of stealing a nuke when you took mine. Hence why I went from 4 to 1, despite you taking 4.

3) I don't consider myself a coward. Raiding while the owner is away isn't cowardly, it's smart and strategic. However, I wasn't waiting for you to leave the game to attack. It just happened to be at the same time. I had other places to infiltrate and take nukes from first.

A coward would, however, throw themselves off the platform if discovered. Or spam the hand of Jehuty after using stun launcher, knowing that it stun locks and renders the enemy helpless. I don't use the hand in PvP. The stun launcher is fair game.

If it bothers you that I infiltrated while you are away, do you want me to wait until you are online?
