Great collection of classic fighting games.

CvS2 alone is enough reason to buy this collection imo, the other games are a nice bonus. For most people CvS2 is the main game in this collection.

CvS2 has the arcade version as well as the EO version. The improved 3D backgrounds and remixed soundtracks a are nice addition. Versus mode against AI is nice for people who want to try their skills against AI while being able to choose AI's team. The only downside of CvS2 in this collection is that ranked online matches are EO version only and boss characters are allowed. Other than that this is a great version for people who want to play CvS2 and only play games on pc.

As for the other games:
CvS1 is a ok game, it was nice when it came out back in the day but now that CvS2 is available it's kind of pointless since CvS2 is a more complete and more balanced game.
SFA3 Upper is really good, it has a lot of the good stuff from vanilla SFA3 with a few extra characters.
CFE is ok for people who never played the original games the characters came from (SSF2T, SFA3, 3S, VS, RE), but for people who played the original games the characters in this game mostly feel like nerfed versions of the originals.

This is a really good collection to get for people who like fighting games, especially for people who like CvS2, I highly recommend it.

So far this game has a been a disappointment.

Single player content is very bare bones, only arcade mode, there's no way to play offline versus against AI.
Some stages are really laggy even when playing arcade mode offline.
There's very few customization items.

For people who are already good at VF and only play online this might be a good port of VF, but for people trying to learn and want to play offline against AI there's not much to do.

F1 series keeps getting worse every year.

It took me 10 minutes to get into a custom offline race because I kept getting interrupted every 5 seconds with a bunch with stupid F1 world crap that I have no interest in. The stupid tutorials for every little thing are totally unnecessary, there should be the option to disable all the menu tutorials and let me play the game without getting interrupted by menu tutorials all the time.

Time trial mode feels like a step back, there's no option to do time trial in the wet.

Controller support keeps getting worse every year, there's no option to disable the controller filters that cause input lag, steering feels unresponsive compared to other games such as rF2, ACC, and R3E.

Requiring EA launcher and installing kernel anti-cheat are major downsides to the game.

There's too much focus on F1 world stuff and not enough focus on actual racing.

If you liked the first game you'll like this one.
The game is fun, relaxing, and cheap.
Definitely recommend it.

Really disappointing game.

Car handling is bad, cars feel floaty and unresponsive. Cars take way too long to unlock (after 3hrs of playing I've only had access to 2 cars), payouts for story races are very low. I liked police chases in older games such as NFSHP2 & NFSMW(2005), but the police chases in NFS Unbound feel way too exaggerated, I can't even cruise around without having to constantly be on the lookout for cops, it's really annoying.

Only single player mode is story mode, there's no custom offline races like in the older NFS games, so the replay value is very low for people like me who only care about single player.

OK map, but there are no new animals, it's another map with moose and whitetail deer just like the last one, the lack of new animals feels like a lazy job.
Once again there's issues with bugs, there's bugs with missions not completing, graphical bugs when looking through binoculars and floating objects (eg: floating ATV), bugs with dog commands, sound bugs, and so forth.
Developers should spend more time testing and fixing bugs. Just like with every update we'll be stuck with all these bugs for several months and have to wait until the next DLC is released to hopefully get a fix.

One of the worst F1 games by Codemasters.

F1 22 is another annual entry in the F1 series that aims to reproduce the F1 season. Just like most annual sports games it's mostly copy-and-paste from the previous game with a few changes. The problem with F1 22 is that it feels like a step back in several areas.

Handling of the F1 cars is awful, cars have zero traction coming out of corners and I have to short-shift out of every single corner to prevent the car from spinning out (generally use 2-3 gears higher than what real F1 drivers use in real life). Cars slide way too much and can be very unpredictable. F2 cars have bad handling too and can also be unpredictable on corner exit and spin out but they are better and have more traction coming out of corners than F1 cars, I found F2 cars more fun to drive than the F1 cars (I've played every F1 game made by Codemasters, this is the first one where I liked F2 cars better than F1 cars).
As for the supercars, I did a few laps with them and didn't find them very interesting, I think it was a waste of time and resources to add supercars into a F1 game, you can only use them in time trial and you can't race them. It would be much better if instead of supercars CM had included F3 cars in career, GP, and online modes. I didn't try the safety cars since they're paid DLC, but since they can only be driven in time trial mode I see them as another useless feature just like the supercars.
AI has the same issues as in previous F1 games: there's no option to adjust AI pace & aggressiveness separately, they seem unaware of player car in many situations, can be too aggressive, are too fast on straights, and the overall AI difficulty seems much higher than in previous F1 games (in F1 2020/2021 I usually play against AI at 80-85 depending on track, in F1 22 I've been playing against AI at 60).

I play with a Xbox 360 controller, controller support in F1 22 is worse than it was in F1 2021. There's still controller filters that cannot be turned off and cause input delay and make steering more difficult. Steering feels very floaty and behaves in a very weird unpredictable manner. The game's filters limit how much I can turn depending on the car's speed which often results in the car understeering in corner entry. Vibration is almost non-existent just like in F1 2021 which makes it more difficult to feel when the car is close to losing traction.

Graphics and sounds are mostly the same as they were in F1 2021.
Microtransactions are worse than they were in F1 2021. In addition to things such as helmets and liveries, now there's also useless stuff such as couches and lamps. Seriously, why would anyone interested in playing a F1 game care about driver casual wear or the color of a couch? Again, another example of wasted time and resources.
Meanwhile there's tons of bugs in the game that haven't been fixed at the time of writing this review, one can find many videos of F1 22 bugs on Youtube.

F1 22 has all tracks from the 2022 season as well as Portugal & China. Once again CM opted for not including more tracks from previous games despite many requests from the community to do so. The game has F2 cars from the 2021 & 2022 seasons but just like previous games F2 cars from the current season were not available at launch and were added several months after release.

F1 22 isn't worth it at full price, it's only worth it if it's on sale with a very big discount and you're big F1 fan. Otherwise you're better off playing one of the other better racing sims that are available.

ACC is one of the best racing sims available. Not much content compared to some other sims but a very refined game imo.

ACC is the official SRO GT racing game, it focuses mainly on GT3 cars and tracks from the SRO championships. The base game has 11 track locations, DLCs add another 11 locations as well as additional cars. Unlike AC1 ACC doesn't support mods, but the overall quality of the game makes up for the lack of mods imo, and if you get base game + all DLC there's enough replay value to keep you occupied for a long time.

My PC specs: i7 4790, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, Windows 10 Pro. ACC looks really good at 1080p60fps but it can be demanding on hardware. I run with most settings on high and the game performs well with 30 cars on track. Sounds are also good. Controller support is really good (probably the best controller support out of all the racing sims I play), there's a few more options for customizing controls compared to AC1, I use my own custom controller settings and controls feel very responsive & smooth with my Xbox 360 controller, and controller vibration is very helpful to know when the car is losing traction or when I go too aggressive on the curbs.

Handling of the cars is very consistent. Cars are challenging to drive on the limit but feel intuitive and predictable. Both safe & aggressive setup presets work well depending on car and track. All tracks in the game are laser-scanned and super accurate (track layout, elevation changes, curbs, trackside objects, etc). Since ACC is the official game of SRO GT racing it uses racing rules from that championship, meaning there's only timed races and no lap-based races, you have the option to have either 1 or 2 races per race weekend, and the option to enable mandatory pitstop. There's dynamic weather, full 24hr cycle, and track evolution. Career mode is very bare bones but there's custom championship.
AI is good in terms of race pace but their racecraft is bad: they always block me in practice & qualifying during their outlap, and during races even with aggression on low setting I have to give them plenty of space otherwise they might hit me and push me off the track. Once you learn how to deal with them offline races against AI can be very challenging and fun.

Base game is short on content (especially tracks) but if you like GT racing you definitely should get the base game and at least all the track DLCs. The high quality of cars & tracks in the game makes this one definitely worth it imo.

It's ridiculous that this is sold as separate paid DLC, this should be in the base game.
It can be useful whenever you go to a new map and want to unlock all lookout points & outposts quickly. Other than that it doesn't have much use imo. It's super noisy, it spooks everything, it handles like crap, and any little obstacle will send the ATV wildly out of control.

After the latest update every time I play the game I get the following error message whenever I fast travel to one of my tents: "Attention!, a beaver felled a tree on one of your portable structures. It has been removed from the world and returned to your storage."

I bought this DLC hoping it would save me some time by fast traveling to tents placed in strategic locations. Instead I get frustrated because the bug mentioned above makes me waste time having to places tents all over again.
This bug has been in the game for a very long time and developers never bothered to fix it.
Tents should be in the base game imo, it's ridiculous to have to pay extra for a basic item that should be in the base game and doesn't even work properly.
