The team promised an open dialogue with mod creators, only to reverse course and restrict all mods with EAC. This kind of hostility to the community makes it hard to recommend the game.

Scratches the same itch as Slay the Spire, and it has super cool style n stuff. I also have a crush on the stoat.

Well-written, believable characters in a surreal, gothic, rural American setting. Dust Bowl vibes. Really compelling, but AS A WARNING it is a lot of watching dialogue and environments between exploration. Unique and worth your time.

It's only June and I've already found my personal game of the year. I can't recommend this game enough.
