Pros:

Great tactical game
Great community
A great variety of operators to choose from each with own skills and strenghts
Short matchmaking waiting time
Even if you make some mistakes nobody reacts like in most of the online games

Cons:

Sometimes you don't get renown after the match ends
The servers are a bit potato(you may/will get some disconnects)
Don't bother buying season pass - waste of money / too expensive for what you get.
Microtransactions


Overall if like tactical games and don't mind getting some disconnects i recommend Rainbow Six Siege.
