Hi, well for the moment the digital edition is made of artwork from the 4th and a totally new artwork that the devs are drawing by themselves.
But they said on a topic that if they can they will add the artwork from the 2nd (as one of them also grew up with the 2nd).
IMO you should buy it because apart from the artwork, the game is the same, you'll find back lovely memories by playing it!
