Take rpg-esque leveling, gear, stat managment, skill managment, and character/item customization; mix that with intuitive tower defense gameplay and incredible amounts of replay value. Top it off with smooth stylized graphics and a plethora of challanges to complete. That is the recipie for Dungeon Defenders. If you enjoyed Orcs Must Die! or Sanctum, this game is a must buy.
