This is a pretty entertaining game. It's a visual novel/tactical RPG hybrid, similar to Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor. Your decisions affect the storyline, build relationships with allies and snag items for you. In combat your digimon have two moves, plus possible additional moves from equipped items, and various movement speeds, plus the vaccine>Virus>data triangle. The characters are interesting, although I took an instant dislike to a few of them, based on their behavior. The story is similar to Digimon Adventure, bunch of kids to go camp for the summer and wind up trapped in the digital world, although it has the much more realistic result of them freaking out, trying to find food and being terrified out of their minds because there are monsters trying to murder them, as well as some not instantly trusting the monsters that pop up and proclaim to be their destined best friends. The story is entertaining so far (I'm working on part 3 at the moment) and I'm looking forward to seeing more of it. Honestly the biggest downside is the simplicity of the combat system, but there's nothing wrong with it, but it could do with a few more bells and whistles. Overall, fun game and I'm looking forward to playing it more and investigating what other paths I can find.

This is a very fun game with an entertaining story that really makes you feel like you're back to playing card games in elementary school, with the addition of supernatural monsters that want to consume you and your friends. The gameplay is very smooth and reminiscent of other games like Hearthstone. The characters are entertaining and the sidequests are interesting and offer multiple completion options.

However, there are a number of flaws. There is no ability to run, you can't skip cutscenes and there is no new game plus. So when they say you can't collect them all, they're not kidding. There's a good chance you'll never get to play with a good portion of the cards, unless you fool around in gauntlet mode or restart the story fresh. But I enjoyed it enough to play it all the way through and give it a good rating here, so if those flaws don't bother you, then I absolutely recommend you pick it up.

An absolute gem of a VN. The branching paths are very well put together, with enough variations that I'm going to be at it for months, if not longer. The art is extremely well done, the voice acting is excellent and the writing is great. It's like one of those choose your own adventure books that you read as a kid. The character development is actually my favorite part, with aspects of characters you didn't recognize coming out over multiple playthroughs.

My only issue is that the endings are...fairly boring. Just a single picture of Mila with a vague description of how things changed. I understand that a lot of art effort went into this game, but it does take something away from the ending to just have a single picture repeated.

Hoard is a great time waster. You fly around, you burn stuff, you collect treasure. heck, it's even got co-op for when you and up to three friends feel the need for some pyromania.

Fixes a ton of problems that existed in the first game and majorly balances the decks. There are still a few stinkers, but it's significantly better and bucketloads of fun.

Quite an entertaining game. The payments seem to have a miserable curve, but the failure mechanism is very fair.
