Seriously good game, great levelling system, addictive gameplay and perfect if you haven't got a heck of a lot of playtime.

You can pick this game up at anytime, play a few levels, be proud you pushed the boundary just a little further, spend those points to upgrade and try again.

So few have this game on my friends list and that's a real shame. Everyone needs this in their library.

Wow, what a surprise, a game that gave my the addicted feeling I’ve been missing for quite some time. I see there’s a few dodgy reviews but I’m not sure they fully understood what this single developer was trying to do. This isn’t a puzzle game, outside of the fact life is a puzzle, it’s well thought out city builder, plain and simple, in the yard stick of the original SimCity. However if you’re planning on using it as yet another traffic manager look elsewhere.

The beauty of creating neighbourhoods automatically or with some thought is magical. The dev's ability to balance all the different rules is also mesmerising. Graphics are really well done too, voxel style, with night and day, plus the ability to walk through your neighbourhoods.

I’ve only played 6 hours so far but loved that time in game that I just had to share. I very much assume I’ll be playing a whole lot more.

The game is currently 30% off and that’s a very good price to jump in. If you have any interest in the builder genre, pick this up, you won’t regret it.

I'm going to be very honest, the game has been reviewed thousands of times and there's not much I can add to that. However it is the "let's review for a badge" time and I'm not one to be left out.

That all said, I gave this the "Better with Friends" award, I'm not sure I would have lasted this long without my friends and a special someone. It's a hard game no doubt and labourious but with others it's a blast.

If that sounds like your sort of thing, pick it up.

Bizarrre this one, the ending was quite distinctive, not going to forget that too soon :)

Unlike some of my chaos brethren, I surprised with the analysis, heard it before from others so yeah surprising to hear from a section of code

This game is a golden slice of Zen. The progress can be slow and yet there is always something to do or ponder over. This will be your game to go to, if you just want to relax and let primeval man do his primeval thing.

The game does expand after an hour or two of play, more things to build, enemies at the gates. The graphics are okay, not bad, not good but functional. The animations however are really nice, especially since the team is small. If an animal is wounded, you'll see them limp, when someone dies, others get visibly upset, it all adds to the ambiance, which I really love. They also added tombs after release which I was grateful and a little surprised to see, an added bonus for you future purchasers.

If you're holding off for a sale, right now the price is €15 which I'd say you'll definitely get that monies worth, a big thumbs up from me.

This review may be pointless in the swarm of positive reviews this product rightly received but I just need to express my appreciation to the developers for creating this.

It is a wonderful simulation, the very best city builder to ever be created. I often look at the hubbub going on in my virtual city and can’t help but admire what Paradox and Colossal Order managed to achieve.

So is this as described? Yes, most nearly. Nearly I hear you say, yes that’s right, nearly.

The quizzes are most definitely Pop Psy in nature, something most certainly appreciated in the circles the description mentions, no reiteration on my part. The questions themselves seem to lead to conclusions I was not in any disagreement with, I did however only do one batch, the reason for that will follow.

There is absolutely no integration with steam! No alt-tab, no messaging but wait for it… I can’t share any of my results with anybody, no steam screenshots, no fancy ass backend server presenting the glorious result of my god like nature for the mere mortals among me to tremble and weep.

Seriously you, the developers, came on a social gaming platform with a clearly social product, without the social aspect. I think you need to do your own test and I’m guessing the result.

Let me just say for the record I’m not a multiplayer guy, I got this with low expectations, however those expectation were wrong, very wrong. This is just pure fun.

When I started playing I dominated right up to the silver badge but then the real fun began. I love creating a deck that’s kick ass, climb up the ranks thinking “I’m indestructible”, then just have some random dude or dudette hand said ass right back to me.

What’s also perfect to me, is how I can just jump into a game and play for say, 10 minutes, express my rage and I’m good again.
