really good action game actually

edit: they put NIKKE in this and its geniunely a good spin-off of NIKKE's gameplay. wtf. you can feel that every part of this game was created with intricate detail. I had high expectations and I'm still genuinely surprised

edit2: just finished it, starts to become lackluster towards the end but its still a really good action game

its full of people thinking they know better, dude just ran around all game doing nothing, after finishing the day 2 boss he went around killing stuff died 3 times and then left immediately after downing one time in the final boss. honestly if you are this kind of guy, I suggest cutting off your internet connection so your minus IQ brain could heal a bit by having normal human conversations

good devs though, they listen to feedback. I think this game will become way better

I loved the game since day 1 and happy with the DLC.

♥♥♥♥ the new ending, you dont get to know who blue eyes is, who is messing with the peralez family, and instead get the "le night city le no happy endings"

man ♥♥♥♥ off, one normal ending was what I wanted, DLC is amazing in every way, So Mi branch last quest was probably the best quest in the game, but its POINTLESS. It gives me a worse ending than base game.

I really like this game. But most people who buy this game are casuals. For a casual player, this game is a big disappointment.

Story mode is there to score some brownie points with a certain group and aside from that I personally dont like it. Stop doing timeline stuff. It's unoriginal. Not interesting. It's ridiculous. I dont want to give off spoilers, but when you also make time a variable in games it creates too many loopholes that its so hard to maintain a story, and this is what happened with MK1's story.

Invasions are a joke. I thought it would be better than Krypt, but no. It's way way worse than Krypt. Think the most boring Towers of Time you've done in MK11. Super armors, boring modifiers to play against. This is that, but to get a reward, do it 100 times. They definitely made it that way to make people mad so that they just buy crystals to get the skin. No developer in their right minds would look at Invasions and think that "yea, this is fun."

So for a casual, you finish the story, and the only content you can do is the boring Invasions mode.

For more competitive players, its a big step up, I dunno what people are smoking when they say that this game is more similar to MK11 than MKX, its definitely more similar to MKX, its very fast, rewards every second you spend on the training mode. I'm pretty happy about how the game turned out. When Kameos were revealed I also didnt like it much but now I think that its a very fun addition and adds a good layer of depth.

TL;DR: Buy if you are a competitive/online player, stay away and watch story on YT if you are a casual

not leaving a negative review for aoe nerf, I dont care about that
but I care about them just getting feedback from reddit only
reddit is that one place where every below 100IQ person gathers and think they are very smart than most people. it's an infruating place, and it forms a hive-mind with the karma system.
developers should find a better way to get feedback, rather than just getting it from leddit.
I'm very angry that they went ahead and nerfed stuff just because this damn site asked them to. stop listening to a social media platform only weirdos use.
I expected something this to happen sooner or later because it was Reb that pushed for Void Dash to be replaced for Sling and they didnt let us choose what to use.
solution: add a poll system in-game. you are punishing those who refuse to use social media
