Ironmace decided to charge people for the Halloween lobby update.

This game and its DLC, will be regarded as one of the epics in the future, alongside films like Ben Hur and books like The Lord of the Rings.

One of the best games I have ever played, and is my favourite of all time. I have played this on PC and console, normal and randomise runs, and I still cant get enough.

Game was a purchasable title, no one played so they made it free. The player base grew slightly and so they decided to lock most of the features behind the paid game.

Game says it's published by wandering wizard, but clicking that sends you to snail games USA, which should be a big enough warning of what you are about to get into.

Around 40 people play this game at anytime, yet the servers say they are very active. With only 40 players.

The AI voices is one of the most lazy things I've seen in gaming, you have staff making the game, get them to record some lines instead. Hell no voices would be better than AI ones.

Game is jank, and fun to play if you want to laugh at something for an evening, but there are far better products made by people with passion to play other than this.

At launch, the game was incredibly fun. But decisions made by the devs have stopped me recommending this game to people.

They devs launched a test build, for upcoming features, then ignored all feedback from players, and added changes not on the test build. These include lengthening the grind on every skill by a substantial amount, increasing the health of some enemies to 10 times the original amount. By doing this they have made it almost impossible to progress through some quests solo, and even impossible in a group of 5.

They are making changes to make the grind longer to make up for the lack of content, yet this doesnt punish those who duped/exploited and got away with it.

They are very fast to patch issues that benefit a player, such as drops giving more than they should being fixed in hours, yet issues that plague the players are still not fixed since beta.

I will continue to play very sparingly to see if any good changes have happened, but unfortunately the devs have sucked the enjoyment out of a game with a great setting and visuals, which was very fun to play before hand.

I have played many more hours than my steam shows, as i had the game on the xbox 360, and this version exceeds my expectations. The amount of missions is impressive, as is the varied ways to complete them. This game looks and feels smooth, making it easy to pick up and play without it being a cakewalk. The feeling of satisfaction when you are yelling at a hostage you will truss him up like a f****** turkey, while your friends silently loot a bank or blowing up a meth lab while trying to make it is a feeling not many games can provide. I honestly recommend buying this game, Overkill have done such a good job with this game, and I cant wait for the next installment.
