I'd like to begin with saying the game itself is enjoyable and is worth giving a try.

My and many others' gripe lies with the developer's lack of communication and transparency. As an Australian, this is particularly troubling when it comes to the potential of OCE servers. Seldom do we receive any official statements on the possibility of OCE servers, anything we do hear is usually passed down through other parties such as content managers or moderation staff in the discord.

The OCE player-base has been quarantined to a single thread in the official Discord and left feeling unheard. This has left us feeling as though our only option is to resort to Steam reviews. A negative review, happily rescinded upon some official statement regarding Oceanic servers.
