LOL Wow! It's just like the real thing. Lotsa buildings hardly any people or traffic. (Even Pyongyang only gets ~2 hours of electricity a day.) Gotta collect fuel from barrels =) Web game seems stuck on "loading" ...kinda makes you wish you were playing Streets of Moscow =D
