Atmosphere and groundwork for core mechanics seem solid; but the dealbreaker is the random zombie spawn. It ruins all sense of immersion, purpose, strategy and gameplay.

The game still has design issues, and Paradox abandoned the game after only 2 years.

Best RPG to come out in a long time.

The game starts out very shallow, and slowly lets you progress to the next island, where you must then start all over again.
There's just one speed setting for the game, so you sit around and wait forever until you have accumulated enough money to buy a building, or a dinosaur. After a couple of hours, you realise that this is all there is to the game, but the developers were smart enough to have the game play so slowly, that you've now exceeded the 2 hour limit for Steam refunds.
Well played Frontier, well played...

TL;DR It's a slow, hulking cash grab.

Really a great and fun 4X game!

Zombies, what more is there to say?
This game is gory, you'll easily decapitate a zombie with an axe, a katana sword or something completely different!

Far better than all of the previous Total War games.
The guys at The Creative Assembly have really outdone themselves this time!

Amazing game, amazing history.
PhysX is fantastic!
