I must say, I am a fan of RTS games and this has to be one of my favorites! The game itself is odd in the playstyles that you have to use to win/loose, but overall its fun- especially with friends. I'll quickly list the Pro's and the Con's and move on with life.

Now starting out with the game itself the Singleplayer is something you want to stay away from, since it's disgustingly inaccurate in a sense of historical terms and how the Soviet troops were treated, essentially it's a pile of ♥♥♥♥. ON THE OTHER HAND the multiplayer is pretty nice with the maps and gameplay styles that you'll have to use depending which side and country you are on. The maps are consistantly different which is good in a successful RTS game.

Now back to the gameplay styles and statistics as I stated before its all up to who you are, Axis or Allies. Depending who you are you'll have to take many things into context including the map, which commander you've chosen and who are you allies (If not playing 1v1). Continuing with that communicating is a major thing since if you are trying to do a spear push to middle point and your the only one doing it, that's pretty bad teamwork. Along with saying that the Allies are VERY WEAK if you are in a 2v2 or above match and you do not work together, since if you think about it The Big Three (US, UK, Russia) worked together to push the Germans back and end the war? Well it works the same in here, if you have a US and Soviets and they try to independently take points it can work, but without helping each other in the late game they will truly and utterly get massacred and loose.

Now the technical things, the AI can sometimes be stupid, but it works and isn't as bad compared to many other RTS titles out there. The DLC is really nice and pretty good, but the prices I think are way to high- get them when they are on sale instead of full price. Then within the game are the micro-transaction ♥♥♥♥♥ which but don't leave out, skins, commanders, faceplates, and bundles! Which are all over $5.99 and $5.99 is the cheapest the 'bundles' come in. Also majority of the time within the game it is Axis sided if you don't know what your doing- as in if you make one fatal mistake there goes the game. It's weird.

In total however the game is truly worth the buy, especially if it's on sale! The game is full hours of fun with or without your friend playing in a PVP manner. The DLC's are also worth it if you get tired of playing only Soviets and Wermacht, but the drops you can get after playing a game can spice things up with the abilities that they have to offer. So yes I rate this positive since it is truly a fun WWII RTS Game.
