Counter Strike Global Offensive goes above and beyond with the first person shooter. While it's game mechanics are from the 2012 era, they still live up to be some of the best to this day, and the game itself is so tension-inducing that you'll love every moment of it. Too many people have done enough reviews, so I'm just going to say this...

For a game that costs about $25, and even lower on sales, you're getting endless hours worth of strangely enjoyable play, and this contrasts with other games which are significantly more expensive which have maybe a couple hours before you lost interest. CS:GO has set a benchmark in the first person shooter industry, and I would definitely recommend it to both the novice and professional gamers. The only problem is... you need to learn to get good, because otherwise you probably won't enjoy this game as much as you'd really hope to.
