Just bought it and tried it for 2 hours. I have 0 experience in how to mix tracks or even use a DJ controller at all. But the very quick tutorial gave me an overview of what the most important parts are about.
Without any further tutorials I just jumped in with some of my own favourite tracks. I was (obviously) very bad but it was so much fun to try stuff out and get at least one half hearted transition done. :D
Can't wait to experiment even more. Best option out there to try this stuff out at this price point without buying any real life equipment. <3

Better than 2042 (which honestly isn’t hard to achieve), but still far worse than any of the previous Battlefields. The maps are still too small, and some areas are terribly optimized — which probably explains the limited map size in the first place. On top of that, the game still doesn’t look good enough to justify the frame rate it delivers.

I don’t care much about having a campaign, but this one feels like it only exists so they can say “we have a campaign.” It’s dull, the missions feel like target practice, NPCs do weird stuff instead of taking cover, and the smaller cutscenes are just bad — with characters glitching around constantly. If this is the new standard, they might as well not bother with a campaign at all.

Maybe future updates will bring better optimization, larger maps, and some overall polish. But we’ll see.

Just what I was looking for. I loved EFT but I never played it solo due to the obstacles doing missions or finding the extracts. Since every information about that is online there was no reason to keep it 'secret' ingame and it fcked me up looking at my phone to find myself on the map, check the wiki for the mission, look for the extracts and all that stuff.
ABI got a nice balance of 'hardcore' and arcade so you feel motivated even playing the game alone.

It's awesome and huge fun to play against others over the matchmaking feature. Ranking system and a great, fun way to work out.

Great game. The performance is also pretty nice for how it looks as a VR game.

I'm really not a fan of giving a negative review when the game overall is 'fine' or even 'good'.
However, this time I have to be that person.
The game overall is good. You'll have fun when you've played the DiRT Rally games or even the previous WRC games.
Compared to the WRC games it's an absolute upgrade in every aspect.
But compared to DiRT Rally 2.0 there aren't enough upgrades compared to the downgrades. You get a lot what you didn't have in the DiRT Rally series: For example creating your own car, a career, very nice and long challenging stages and many other game modes.
But the typical daily/weekly/monthy online challenges are missing. You have to go the workaround and use the so called 'Clubs'.
Also the physics aren't absolutly bad, but a little worse than DiRT Rally in my opinion.
Same with the performance. It looks worse than DiRT Rally but the performance is worse too. If the game looks worse than an older game I expect at least higher fps. But that's not the case.
And my last point are the immovable objects. Sure, big trees or houses don't move when you crash into them. But the smallest street sign or the thinnest sticks don't break or move when you drive into them. So expect the smallest street sign to wreck your whole car and ruin your stage when hitting it with 200 km/h. You'll come to an absolute hold the second you touch it. When at least the immovable onjects get fixed, I'll change the review to a thumb up.

It is just how you'd imagine a 'rougelite city builder'. It's an awesome combination perfectly executed.
SImply one of the best games out there. 100% worth the money and I still can't stop playing it. Devs updating the game constantly.
