War sails is a great addition to Bamnerlord. Don't expect a huge expansion though, this is mostly extra mechanics and an ocean. The ship combat feels incredibly immersive and the ocean itself is violent and beautiful in a way that reminds me of the best boat related media. until my boys start walking off the side the netting to meet Davy Jones.
If you love Bamnerlord you will probably like the additions but don't expect this DLC to fix anything you don't like about the game.

Now that the full story is released there are a lot of things to say about this game, don't bother reading them. If you enjoy Telltale style games or This is the Police, ask no further questions. Buy it. Outstanding game, good story.

Also worth noting the soundtrack is fantastic and works very well.

This really feels like the ultimate DLC for rimworld. Bio and Ideology set great backdrop mechanics, anomaly added great events, now Odyssey gives you a real adventure to go on with your plucky pawns. highly recommended. This is peak rimworld.

Despite its appearance this game has some of the most unique shooting mechanics I have ever seen. The dead zone aiming mechanic works like you would expect, similar to games like Rising Storm 2 or Squad, HOWEVER when you hold space-bar this really opens up. Holding space (because you don't need to jump in a tactical shooter) lets you free aim the weapon independent of your camera and player model. Kind of like Golden Eye. You can use this to do some really accurate blind fire around corners and obstacles.

Outside of this super rare and fun mechanic, this game is nowhere near enjoyable yet. Collision issue, unclear controls, rough visuals, no support for 1440p, only up to 1080 etc.

I hope the Dev takes this project seriously and finds the time or budget to really make this into a proper game, as I can clearly see the bones of what could be a great indie classic. I will be waiting to see if it shapes up.

This is a weirdly relaxing game. It has enough different game play mechanics to set it apart from a lot of low effort "Pharmacy Games" as i call them. By the time I got tired of any specific mini-game i would have a means to automate production. Tech and unlocks flow nicely and progression feels natural.

KC:D 2 is very much a sequel to the first game. I love it.

If you havent played satisfactory in a while, or are new to it, now is the time to get back in. The game just feels good and 1.0 feels like a finely polished gem.
