The replay value of this game is astronomical. The regular DLCs keep the game fresh and interesting. Just beware, it can be a big time-sink :D.

The premise of Don't Look Down is quite simple: climb up to the top and grab the flag, but the design of all the levels make this game so much fun!

Watch gameplay here: https://youtu.be/_wMtBxhcbFU

There are four worlds to explore: garden, ice mountain, volcano and gearhead factory, each with 10 levels of increasing difficulty. The levels are occupied by moving platforms, timed obstacles, various bots and helpful powerups. This experience can be played while standing or seating, and there are ample settings to reduce VR nausea. If you are new to VR games, I strongly recommending starting out seated.

The difficulty levels are well adjusted and can satisfy every challenge level you'd like. The climbing levels themselves are designed quite well to make the game feel like a classic platformer. Recommended as a fun game for all ages!

This is a nice fast-paced 1v1 arena FPS. The graphics are good and the map is quite fun!
Locomotion is a bit tough to get used to. Once you master it, it's easy to run circles around your enemy, but at times it can get frustrating. This review is for the free open beta, check it out while it's available!

This one is a fun take on the rhythm games. Make sure to properly stretch your shoulder before you start playing. It took me a while to get used to using the virtual whip, but it was a fun challenge. I still can't hit anything when the stage is moving though 😅.

So simple, yet so much fun! You don't need any additional cardio workouts after you play Beat Saber.

Evasion takes the old-school arcade bullet-hell gameplay and puts it into VR with awesome graphics!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtKg1-vyXWI

Team up with your friends or take on the campaign missions solo and choose from 4 player classes: Surgeon, Striker, Warden, and Engineer to best suit your playstyle.

My only criticism of gameplay so far is inability to run within the game. Now and then I'd like to run for cover, but locomotion switches to slow mode (when I strafe). The AI is very predictable, but that goes along with the style of bullet-hell games.

Vroom Kaboom is a gasoline-fueled car explosion-fest that's a ton of fun to play in VR. It's also gotta be the most apt title in gaming history. It's a really weird combination of a card game, tower defense and car combat that comes together to make an exciting title. The soundtrack is also on point. Check out my overview/gameplay here: https://youtu.be/VT0HqpGX0Cw

Cockpit view is awesome, but sadly there's no easy way to change to and from it in VR (in flat-screen mode, you can switch easily with just a button).

It's a free-to-play game with a premium DLC that unlocks more choice of vehicles. I definitely recommend you give this game a try!

It's a good VR Escape Room experience. The only issue with it is that it's too short. See the gameplay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIZeAAqOmlE

I played this game with two-sensor oculus rift setup and only had minor issues with tracking the controllers. It's a room-scale experience, so you can't rotate your view with controllers, you physically have to move around.

The puzzles range in difficulty and are a fun challenge. I unwittingly ended up holding my breath when the room filled up with water.

Definitely recommended as a VR experience to show off your friends.

I hope the developers are using the demo to gather feedback on what needs to be fixed before the final release in November.

The Good:
Graphics are decent and the setting appears authentic (at least in the demo portion). The story is enticing, so I'm interested in trying the final release.

The Bad:
Almost no graphic customization options, except for your basic "low, med, high" settings. My rig (980ti + i7-6700k) was struggling playing on high settings and recording at the same time.

I really hope there will be a way to turn off the vignette that appears when turning or moving. It's really aggressive and occludes quite a good chunk of your field of view.

Walking feels a little off. Locomotion is not precise and there's no way to speed it up.

The Demo:
Since it's a free demo, I recommend you at least try it if you're interested in the game. It has about 10 minutes of very basic content: two "puzzles" and a bit of a meet & greet with one of the characters. I'm looking forward to the full release, but I hope the game will be fixed up before then.

Early Access Review
Initial impressions:
Way more fun than I expected! The setting and graphics are top notch. The best thing about this game is that you're going up and down the giant ocean waves, and yet there's no VR nausea!

Steering your ship and aiming is quite a challenge, but it's a good challenge! The only downside is that this VR game is a little too short. Good thing it's early access and we have a chance to experience more awesome content later on!

4/5 will sink your ship in a heartbeat once again!
