Dark Souls is one of the most brilliant games I have ever played. Engaging combat backed by a detailed and beautiful world with strong lore and story behind it for the player to discover if they choose. Gameplay feels very real as you have 100% control over your character and there is a weight to everything you do with clever sound design and feeling of weapons. Boss fights are the best I have ever experienced, each one topping the last with more intense and strategic encounters. This game is incredibly difficult but that only benefits the game by giving weight to the actions of the player. If you want a challenge you should get Dark souls. If you want a time sink in an amazing world get this game. If you consider yourself a person who likes to experience good games. BUY THIS GAME.
