Greetings. I have seen the comment under your guide for The Beast Inside. I used Alt+F4 before 3 other endings and still got properly every achievement. Seems the files "Achievements.sav" and AchievementsGlobal.sav" are auto-saved after unlocking according the modification time in Windows.
