It really is incredible. I was most skeptical of it because the whole idea of fighting the drones seems so old at this point. The drones are core to this thing. While you're moving around the map, they are your security cameras. Big lights in the sky that shout "Hey! There's a player here!" 150 meters to your right. You approach a shack where there's three drones circling and take them out to save a new raider who ran out of ammo. They also move in ways most enemies in games don't. They problem solve. I hid in a sewer tunnel and watched one turn sideways and shimmy in towards me. They get easier to fight, not because you use stronger weapons, but because you know to knock out 2 of it's propellers on the same side, making an enemy was a bullet sponge now go down in 2 shots.

This game rips. It's so surprising not to see more about it online. It's a very well written harvest moon game and It's the antidote to enjoying those games but feeling like all of the dialogue and story is just filler. Sometimes harvest moon will throw a curve ball character and it feels engaging for a while before they slide back into everyone else in the town is generally boring. In this game, every character is unique, opinionated, and a part of their own story. An amazingly fresh take on harvest moon and holds the same janky but inventive energy in gameplay that a lot of these types of games had on ps2.

It's so good in a way that games often don't attempt to be. There are so many secrets hidden in this immersive sim game that masquerades itself as an action rpg. Think of all the times where you tried to do something in Skyrim or Dark Souls and the game did not let you do it. This is an entire game about letting you. You only need to live with the consequences of stealing from quest givers or holding on to a beast with wings, because it's pretty obvious that your plans aren't going to go exactly as you might hope.

It's very good. If you are on the fence, I think the way you should think about the character progression is more akin to old school Western RPG's and less Fromsoft's Leveling System. Your going to need to find a combination of %increases to attributes and damage that start to tear apart the balance in order to proceed. It's not about your dodge rolls and parries. its about stacking 4 health buffs, having lifesteal weapons and making 3 copies of yourself. The combat clicked for me when I started treating it more like playing oblivion or Icewind-dale on the hardest difficulty. The World has just a wonderful atmosphere to it and some really creative spaces. I'm glad to see how patched up it has gotten since release.

This is one of the most impressive games if you consider it’s still in the Gamebryo engine and that the cutting edge technology of 2007 is holding on for dear life. There’s a loading screen for clothing store that is a small one room with one sales counter.

Extremely good -. This game is somewhere between an art museum and a collection of failed hallway designs. You would think you couldn’t mess up a hallway. You’d be wrong.

Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to play pizza tower guy world. But until that day, consider playing pizza tower.
