Prologue: Disclaimer
Dokapon Kingdom: Connect is a game I've played both on the Switch port and PC, and was honoured to be given a pre-release key by the lovely people at Idea Factory. However, my opinion was not changed by this. I've also played it with friends through use of a "magic Wii" and Parsec. (If you know, you know.) I'm also working on a video review that'll go more in-depth than I do here. So please take what I say with a grain of salt.

Chapter 1: Back to Basics
The game can be played with up to four players. Unlike games like Mario Party, you can play with two characters, three or four. The AI is optional, but there are times where you swear the AI cheats. Speaking from experience, they rarely seem to fail. But seeing the AI cast get countered is always glorious to watch. The three starting Jobs also have combinations that unlock others. First mastery, regardless of Job, gets you Cleric. Mastering Warrior and Magician? You unlock Spellsword. Each class also has a fun trait to them. I'll list the starting three below.

Warrior: At the start of your turn, there is a chance for your ATK Stat to be raised by 50% for a week (7 Turn Rotations) but your weapon bonus does not count.
Magician: You can cast two spells per turn instead of one but you still can't cast when using an item.
Thief: You steal an item from each player you pass. Even landing on their space but moving from the tile you started on does not steal.

Each turn, you can use an item or cast a spell before you spin the spinner to see how many spaces you can move, if you can at all. The spinner contains the numbers 0 through 6. If 0, you don't move at all. This also happens if you are paralysed. The types of tiles, I'll explain below. Though the game also tells you at the start of Story Mode.

Empty Space: Landing on these'll result in one of two things happening. Either a fight'll break out against an enemy that can be found in that area type on the continent or a random event. These events can be good or bad. If you can't afford them, some events will show up. I'll go over some of them here.

Mitch Digger: This delightful mole will try to improve towns by drilling wells. His cost is 32g * the income of the town. If you succeed, the town value is doubled, and sometimes, it can even be all your towns in that continent!

Doctor Exiles: This won't be affected if you can't afford it, it'll still happen. In Kingdom, he'll give you a check-up that costs (2500g * Week). If you're not at full health, or have a status effect, that'll be 5000g instead of 2500g. Expect him to put you in debt. I call him the "American Healthcare System NPC".

Gutz: While not a badass swordsman, he IS an absolute badass in another way. While his services cost an upfront of 3000g * week, he'll try make you a weapon. If he succeeds, it's possibly better than what you have, but it can also be worse.

Weber: The curse chests in Paper Mario as a character. Unless you have the Whispers of Dark Revenge, you do NOT want to see Weber. There are three cursed items. The "Big Bug", which eats your items (It can eat cursed items, if you have other non-cursed items), the Blackmail (It kills you when it activates, but you can pay half your cash to send it to another living player) or Nitroglycerin. If you get attacked or hit by field magic, it has a chance to explode. It'll leave you at 1hp, but this can be useful as a pseudo-deathblock if it explodes when an attack would otherwise kill you.

Chapter 2: The Modes
We have your typical gaming affair of a story mode, a free-roaming Normal mode with a turn limit (Set it to 999, that's basically never running out, since you would have to intentionally try play 6993 whole turn rotations) or a Battle Royale mode. I ain't talking no Fortnite, but there are versions of this, with three different criteria. Being the first person to save a town, get enough kills or bring the King certain items. Outside of Battle Royale, the winner is the one with the most Total Value when the game ends. Yes, my fellow gamers, this is a game about capitalism. There is no turn limit in Story Mode, since the turn timer just freezes if it tries to pass 999. The only exception is the Week Counter in the weekly results which resets.

Chapter 3: Conclusion
In conclusion, this game is a real fun experience to me and the surprising depth you can get by looking at jobs and planning a path through them is actually quite surprising for a Wii/PS2 game! This game was a faithful remaster and the added online play is a huge plus. No need for apps like Parsec if your friends own it. If not, Parsec is still just as good option as with a "magic Wii". Just expect a LOT of arguments, even if you make it clear that anything goes. This game didn't get the rep of "The game that ruins friendships" for no reason.

Just Cause 2. A game about blowing things up, causing chaos, using a grappling hook and parachute to move around by using trees as makeshift slingshots. I... have no clue what else to put here, because the story bored me and I just went around blowing things up. Just cause, ya know?

Formerly, when I reviewed this game back in August 2016, I said it was fun. However, I do have my complaints. And a lot more are justified with the difference in games I've played since then. This game, to me, is the start of when RWBY fell. When making this edit, I saw two people found my old review funny. I did too, honestly. I was too optimistic and easily pleased. I go more in-depth in a video I'm working on at the time I changed my review. But putting it simply, this game is a beat-em-up set in Remnant that feels shallow and boring at best and at worst, you may as well have put the money you spend on this onto a fire. At least then it can keep you warm briefly.

Fixing some old reviews of mine, seeing as a lack of any sort of analysis was used (I was too young to be able to do so and relied on jokes to get a point across.) but my opinion on Garry's Mod has not changed. This game is a blast with friends! Get the right mods and mates together, you can have all sorts of fun. Be it playing the most firearm filled round of Among Us you'll ever see in TTT, running from a crazed maniac in Murder or something peaceful like Prop Hunt, there's always something to do. A lot of mods I've used are quite well done too. Playermodels made by users give the same quality that the other mods do and, while a few bad examples do exist, there's never a dull moment if a Gmod session goes chaotically according to plan.

Others can easily sum this up better than I can. I'm no professional game reviewer. Actually, I think that's a good thing considering they complain about difficulty in a tutorial or in games that are meant to be hard... But this game is a simple, fun experience with a nice challenge to it. Your four starting Topics are not the same every run. And with the addition of Pirate Mode, where you can subject yourself to the same genius punishment Greenheart Games gave to those who illegally downloaded this indie gem, a whole new layer of challenge was added. If you know what you're doing, getting to the best office isn't too hard. But if you're doing your first runs, trust me. This game is very fun blind. Challenging, yes, but the pure serotonin when you finish challenges without guides is worth it. Short, simple, and with plenty of mods to add to your experience.

If this game appeals to you, I actually wish to know how. The missions feel too repetitive to me and I lost my motivation a few planets in. Hard to go in-depth, mostly because the game never gave me any reason to. Just becomes another grindfest. Might I suggest Borderlands 2 instead?

Fixing some old reviews of mine, seeing as a lack of any sort of analysis was used (I was too young to be able to do so and relied on jokes to get a point across.) and, unlike some of my review edits I have (and will) make, this one... This one stings. Now, my first experience with Castle Crashers was back on the Xbox 360 and it's in no means a bad game. But there have been so many times I've taken hits when they didn't even visually connect for that attack and my attacks seem to do nothing when I'm clearly positioned right to hit them. The more recent versions of the game's changes also soured the experience a lot for me. The new modes and menus are jarring to me as I was used to how they used to look. A lot of progression is confusingly worded and I had to look up way too much. I also can't find any way to reset a character if I wanted to start again. I wish this game had the same shine to me it did when I first played it. But the light somehow walked into itself.

Early Access Review
Game was terminated, my old review back when I was like, 12 had no real information and didn't do the job. People want it back, but I frankly don't see it being possible.

With bot issues over the last year or so, this game has had rough spots and new content is terrifyingly scarce from what I notice. This analysis may be wrong, but it's only what I see. But even with those issues, the game is still going strong. While new content is seemingly drip fed, the community refuses to die and that really shows. For being a game as old as TF2, you'd think the game would be stale by now with no new major modes and changes, but when looking at other class-based shooters, it's the most original on the block. Others use methods like battle passes, attachments, and a few even used the battle royal approach. But those features look more like a constant waking nightmare. TF2's missions feel like they achieve something. Say, getting a gas canister weapon for the Pyro or their jetpack for increased mobility. There's nothing I can really hate about this game. Note how I said the GAME and not the team... A Mann never leaves their team behind. Can't say the same for Valve's actions on it, however. It's a pretty big problem when your fans are so sick of you doing nothing about the hacking and lack of content that they've taken it upon themselves to fix it. If those mod developers worked together to make their own competitor, it'd have a pretty good chance of beating TF2, if I'm being brutally honest.

I don't remember this game. Simply put, I last played this in 2014. I remember nothing about it, and I think that tells you all you need to know.
