Stutters in places, but is a faithful remake of SH2

Time to grind.

Better than Rust.

Literally every negative review is a moron or a troll, or both. Game is amazing. Technically functional, few bugs. Only slightly frustrated about the enemy spawn/respawn patterns being lame sometimes. All around a good title. Will ABSOLUTELY fire this up over and over as the years pass. Could very well be my favorite DOOM title. About to do my 150% speed Worse than nightmare run. *edit* AW H*** NAW.

Only complaint is the return to average on the music. MICK GORDON WE MISS YOU. SHAME ON YOU BETHESDA. >:(
>:( The most memorable part of 2016 for me was Mick Gordon. Hard to follow up, but music seemed back seat this time.

*Thanks for the updates! Can we get a randomizer in the ripatorium? Something that changes it up? Did I miss it?*

The only way to unlock more items involves a level that is bugged. You have to gather a key that randomly spawns, but 5 year old threads report that the bug is still present, and that level that should take 5-15 minutes takes upward to 1.5 HOURS in ONE level to unlock.... no thank you.... fix your game

Un-optimized piece of trash.

You can tell the game is good. The game doesn't run well at all on my decent rig. Dragons Dogma 2 was the same trashy engine with the same trashy problems and it is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY.

I thought it was me being bad, but it's just cheating and server issues.

30/64 people on your team are going to go 2-30 and just run into enemy fire too.

It's not good, and the anti-cheat is invasive AND not working because of VMware. No thanks. :/

WAIT WAIT WAIT. Do not get it yet. The early supporters are testing this game for GGG, and it's not going well. The devs have an identity crisis on their hands, and I'm not sure they will recover.

This is NOT POE2. This is *at best* just a test version of a POE1 expansion that shouldn't have made it, and so far about half the content should just be cut for adding no value to gameplay. The "refining" they did just made things more meta specific. :/ They don't know how to balance anything. They don't WANT to balance anything. The devs have absolutely gone with "more is more" in the worst places, and "less is more" incorrectly everywhere else. Seems they have no new ideas, and have turned to classic blunders to make it "fresh." (I.E. "just throw more adds at them, that's fun right?") They have NOT made anything new here, and have regressed rather than progressed.

Combat mechanics are not clever at all, but are time wasting cancer instead. :/
- Enemies with damaging auras that also drain mana, while running faster than you, initiating fights by leaping at you from OFF SCREEN, and ignoring minions entire fight to just walk 2 inches away from you, miss every attack, but still win. All while locked in small spaces more often than not...
- Bosses that fill the arena with lethal passive AOE while still attacking regularly that requires rolling constantly, but also require you to deal damage at the same time?? Cast to progress fight, die, avoid damage to live, die to enrage or sustain... They absolutely decided to put in 5 times as many LOW QUALITY boss fights. Likely because all their good ideas were spent in POE1.......
- Boss fights turn into ADD handling 90% of the time.... cancerous adds with problems related to the next line item...
- Enemies that send a cataclysmicly large attack at you: negligible damage. Enemies that send a small wisp of an attack that is VERY INVISIBLE against all the casting and attacks of EVERYTHING on screen: bleed-poison-stun-shock-burn-instakill. Explosions and pools that you can't see right at your feet. Special attacks that lock on and fly at you and explode unless you just literally roll/run everywhere. Devs do NOT understand visual scaling at all, and I guess, think sneaking in attacks on the player that they were NEVER going to see is "clever." You aren't given the opportunity to be skillful about it, you are plainly going to get tagged by disproportional attacks and should "deal with it."
- Deaths to unknown stuff. Standing away from enemies, no ego enemies, no pools visible, no fire, no poison,
no bleeding, still just losing health for NO reason at all, no explanation, all the way from full to dead with flask spam.... Just *shrug* half the time.
- Drop rates are TRASH. Nothing of value is dropping in some poor effort to make things valuable. Only working to make me not want to play at all. I am 25% higher level than half the stuff I'm fighting, but can't find anything of value to equip, and cannot find orbs to upgrade anything.... I'm still wearing lvl 12 gear because nothing drops. I've ONLY gotten worthless and unrelated oranges.
- Skill gem level seems to not even matter at times... several gems being upgraded only showed increased requirements in the tool-tips, nothing more... My stash is filling up with skill gems that have no use. Half of the upgrade gems are counter-productive in some effort to make them "balanced," but really just make them all disappointing.
- They have designed the entire game to cater to the .001% that play the endgame in such a way that isn't even fun to most of the player base.... as if they hired a sweaty speed run map grinder as an intern and handed them the entire project...

Lastly: IT'S A BUGGY MESS. Look up The Colossus fight, it's a joke.
- I've had my character pushed OFF of boss arenas into non-walkable areas where I had to just wait to die
- My character pushed 15 feet into the air so I couldn't even see her anymore
- Boss attacks that "push" your character, but realistically just give the sever/client a communal heart attack. It's clear the server and client cannot agree sometimes and the result is the client having a stroke and the server "correcting" it.
- Enemies invisible because they aren't rendered, attacks invisible because they aren't rendered... It's so un-optimized it is embarrassing. This is an ARPG, isometric, and YALL CAN'T GET IT TO LOOK RIGHT????? It's literally just copy paste POE1 code, and you mess it up.... ?????

My only pro: I like the lore, but honestly it's just POE1 again so far :/

TL;DR: NO. DON'T. They have shipped an inferior version of path designed by interns. Bad decisions from top to bottom. Caters to the part of the player base that was going to play even if they just shipped POE1 with a 2 on it....

google "BlackCipher64.aes"

Nexon is literally watching you on your computer, packing that info up, and sending it to their servers over seas.

Their ToS says they can sell any and all information, and will.

No thanks. DANGEROUS precedent
