I'm sorry about the previous incidents with you and the others. I remember what happened, and everything. But I know that none of it was good and should never have happened.

Right now I'm willing to let everything go, and allow everyone to come back. People just need to try and forgive me for my bad behaviour, and I truly do apologise. I do not mean to negatively affect people's feelings at all.

Lately I've been more in control of my behaviour, and I have not thrown something, or smashed something for quite some time now.

Please try and forgive me, it won't happen again.
