Since Steam updated it's policy, I no longer accept friend request from level 0 - 10 profile, especially the one that has less than 25 games on their account. Because 90% of these kind of profile and account are hijacked or owners are scammers.

Add requirements:
Public profile.
Level 10 or above.
25+ games on account.
Profile avatar.

But don't add me for the following:
Asking free stuff.
Cheating.
Trolling.
Begging.
Spamming.
Scamming.

I don't always accept random invites no matter it's a friend or a group invites. Anything else I don't really care that much.
