In a 3 litre deep saucepan fry an onion with the oil for 3 good minutes on a medium heat! Then start to sip some garlic in and start slowly stiring, whilst you are doing this you cane to Boil your kettle. Measure out 900ml of boiling water in a measuring jug, crumble in the Knorr Chicken Stock Cube and stir to make a stock. Pour into the pan and bring to the boiling kettle pour in in. Once your Kettle has boilder your ingredience Tip in your fresh italian paste and simmer for around 5 good solid minutes. Add the diced chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes, then stir in the grated carrot and herbs. Season with black pepper to taste.There you go now you have cooked an amazing Chicken and pasta soup like from your own mother! Ladle the soup into 4 bowls, sprinkle the spring onion on top then serve with good scottsman bread on the side.
