Can it run Crysis?
Can it run Cyberpunk 2077?
Can it run Monster Hunter Wilds?

Who needs optimization when you have upscaling and frame generation?

Not to mention that the game was unplayable on Linux for the first 2 months without some heavy tinkering. Also, probably a personal issue but regardless, my AMD 6700xt still crashes in the jungle, so yeah, thanks Capcom for making me restart my whole PC to play your 'game'.

GTA 5 with raytraced reflections and the ability to use FSR 3.
For the online mode, it now has the content that the console versions have. That includes the GTA+ subscription.
Nothing more, nothing less.

Edited because I was unaware of this, they removed text chat from online. Seriously?

3 fps max on highest settings, average 2 fps.

Recommended settings 100 fps average, more or less, good enough.

Oh, what's that?

A game that according to SteamDB[steamdb.info] has an only growing player count that does not resemble in any way human activity? Huge spikes in player activity with a hundred thousand players stopping playing the game within the span of a few minutes, like bots going offline?

What? Botnet? Nah, it's probably just the time zones.

Ignore all the signs that indicate bots, it's clearly just dedicated players manually clicking a banana 24/7 and all collectively logging off and on at the same time.

The only good modern NFS game.
I personally love the fact that my Volkswagen Beetle is able to accelerate so fast that it does a wheelie.

Too long, didn't read:
If you're looking to play an online NFS game, sure, if it's on sale buy it if you want.
If you want to play a single-player NFS game, do not buy this.

Reasons singleplayer is terrible:
My PC gets bricked when entering races, requiring me to restart the system completely by holding the power button for 5 seconds. No, it's not my PC, this doesn't EVER happen with any other Steam or Non-Steam games, even some "heavier" ones like Cyberpunk 2077. Also, this didn't use to happen some updates ago.

When I manage to get into races, the AI will rubberband a ton, regardless of the difficulty set or car class played.

Police AI hover around you for the most part and smash into you sometimes, creating 10-minute chases just because they aren't doing anything; the time to lose the Police (after they lose sight of you and are just searching) in Heat 5 is around 30 seconds or more. If you get seen for a single frame by any cop, chased again. While they aren't chasing or searching and are just patrolling around, unless you have an upgrade called "Undercover Racer", moving around the map is almost impossible without getting into a chase. 70% of gameplay when not in a race is looking at the minimap to avoid cops.

Some smaller stuff:

I won't get started on the whole storyline and music-used stuff, the horse is already dead. If you want to know, just search on YouTube "why NFS unbound failed" or something like that, I'm sure there are a dozen videos explaining it better than I could.

The "Anime" effects are fine, they went for something different. Some people may not like them, but I didn't mind them too much. They aren't for everyone.

Conclusion:
Disappointing, broken, undercooked game.
4/10, good graphics

Alright, sure. The contents of this pack are fine. "Is it Worth the 3 bucks?" That's for you to decide.

The reason I'm leaving a negative review though is that this was released as a pre-order bonus at first. IF they had pointed out that this would be released to the public due to Microsoft's anti-FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), I wouldn't be complaining. They did not though.

So, for 70 bucks (Silver Edition), I got the game, half the first year of DLC, and three days earlier access to the disaster that was Payday 3's launch.

What a sick joke Starbreeze is.
