i honestly really like the aesthetics, but the gameplay is just...really bad.
either get this in the ultimate bundle (which is sometimes cheaper than just the base game alone), or grind the achievements in under 2 hours and refund.

the battle pass was a bit unnecessary

patterns are absolutely brutal, and the stages are some of the best in the entire series.
the semi-rogueliteish anomaly stones mechanic is absolutely amazing, it essentially allows you to BUILD YOUR OWN SHOT TYPE, and create absolute monstrosities like a super high damage beam while unfocused with sanae frogs when focused, only to switch to an AoE attack at intervals.
so glad i got this on release, this is absolutely amazing.
