Really just not a good game. As much as I love One Punch Man, this game is just bad. Another terrible game that relies on the IP to get sales.

If you honestly found enjoyment in Just Cause 3, then chances are high that you'll enjoy this one near equally. Many people have their gripes with bugs, crashes, and other issues in Just Cause 4, but I haven't seen any of these supposed issues. Some mission types do indeed get repetitive, but I haven't felt that to be much of an issue, as the core mechanics are fun enough to counteract the tedium of similarities between many of the missions.

Was really glad to see the traditional True base + DLC model in an age where microtransactions are far too many, and the primary function of games has seemingly become to create a chance based money sink in disguise, tempting players to dump much more than necessary into a game just to be able to enjoy it.

A common misconception when players are first introduced, is that this game may be "pay to win" or other such things. It's unfortunately not immediately made obvious, but everything seen in the in-game market can be acquired through a bit of effort if you're willing to look for it. A fantastic game that we don't deserve is given for free, and is continuously being given new content by devs who love what they've made, and only want to improve on.

I have no idea why this is getting so much praise. As a game, it's quite possibly one of the most borish things I've ever come across. I couldn't even force myself to finish the first hour. The game does very little in giving the player any direction, and there isn't a single fun mechanic in sight. As far as demon bobs and vagene go, Search elsewhere, as there will be extremely few moments that could satisfy anyone. When I find a game with demon bobs, and still think it's bad, it must be quite awful.

Cause of problems discovered, Reliving my memories happily now.
This game does not run on intel based systems whilst Hyperthreading is enabled, or systems with more than 8 threads. AMD users with any CPU from the Ryzen series or newer should also disable Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT). This does resolve issues, however this is pretty rediculous, needing to enter BIOS just to nerf your own PC to run one game.

"This game is absolutely fantastic. I have many fond memories of playing this game, destroying military equipment like wet paper, and taking someone's place in the crowd to slip away easily. The problem, however, is that many systems can't even launch it. In the event you would want to purchase this, save yourself the trouble, lower your thread count or enforce thread affinity to avoid spending ages troubleshooting."

Edit: Setting the processor affinity of steam.exe within task manager to only 4 cores is enough, Don't need to swap BIOS settings. (Personally had to use 0 2 4 and 6)

This does resolve issues, however this is pretty rediculous, needing to enter BIOS just to nerf your own PC to run one game. I've heard you can also enforce thread affinity, forcing the game to only recognize certain cores/threads, so if you know how to do that, less rebooting for you.

As for the game itself, what I've said of it's predecessor is still very true.

Far too expensive for what it offers, I feel bad for anyone who didn't grab it back when it had a reasonable price, shoulda just stayed there.

Gave up real quick after I realised I had a unique issue in wich all movement was stuttered, and made it feel unplayable. A dissapointment, as otherwise, it's a great game.

Great game if you can gather some friends. Keeping a blimp ship running is definitely not a one man job.
