I rarely use the word favorite when it comes to games – but The Last of Us Part I truly earns that title. It’s one of my all-time favorite games, right up there with Red Dead Redemption 2. I’ve played it on PS3, PS4, and now on PC, and every single time, it completely captivated me all over again.

The story of Joel and Ellie is not just gripping – it’s deeply emotional, beautifully written, and masterfully told. Every scene, every line of dialogue, every quiet moment hits with purpose. It’s not just a game; it’s an experience.

From the gameplay and atmosphere to the soundtrack and world-building, everything is crafted to perfection. The post-apocalyptic setting feels alive and immersive, while the emotional depth of the characters makes it unforgettable. Honestly, I wish I could erase my memory just to experience it again for the first time.

The Last of Us Part I is a masterpiece – plain and simple. If you haven’t played it yet: do it. Now. This game is, and always will be, perfect.
