Let me know how it turns out, I've since changed my mind about your situation.

That Dev just let you know that you have an appeal-able ban. Meaning you weren't Overwatch banned and you werent VAC banned, you were reported by others and blanket banned. If you were telling the truth, and I don't really see a reason not to believe anymore, you have a shot.
