Tested the game on free week (everything including campaign and zombie should have been accessible).
Literally the worst gaming experience I got in years.

1 Download the game,
2 Download update for the game,
3 Open the game, it forces you to download another update,
4 Close the game, download update, restart the game
4.1. Maybe redo step 4 multiple times
5. Open the game
6. If you want to play campaign for example, game will be closed and then reopened again
7. You can't play single player campaign because of some server issue
8. Game stuck, needed to close it manually and relaunch.
9. Repeat previous step, nothing still works.

Tested multiplayer.
Level 1, first game, literally nothing unlocked. Couple more new players in my team. All enemies are prestige level, 3 of them 500+.

*I played an open beta because my friend wanted to play it.
Didn't like it, gameplay is completly braindead dashing around corner with SMG. Lobby full of sweats with completed loadouts, fully kitted weapons and 50+ level above me from the FIRST match (I played like 2 or 3 days after open beta started).

UPD: Zombies is OK, but nothing special really.
Still couldn't launch the campaign

UPD2: Halfway through the free period devs pushed the update which "accidentaly" rendered campaign unplayable which lasted until the end of the free period. Yeah there were some workaround but I see no reason to bother with that kind of attitude from Activision.
Imagine to push free period during the launch of their competitor in desperate attempt to keep some players, but be so cartoonishly greedy to "accidentally" make part of the game unavailable for a chance of couple more immediate sales.

One of the best rogue-lite games.

Just like in original, you are playing as royal heir, exploring huge family castle with multiple different biomes, trying to kill bosses to progress story or explore to get some gold and open blueprints for new armor and runes. When you die (and you will die a lot), you gonna play as your heir with gold and materials you collected last run you can upgrade your castle to get permanent upgrades.

Graphics is nice, story and lore are decent.
Gameplay is amazing, with good variety of playable characters and enemies.
Controls are good and customizable for both k+m and controller (I would recommend to play on k+m), game is polished and responsive.

Game is pretty hard, but there are persistent upgrades and a lot of accessibility options to make it manageable (or make it even harder)

Overall Rogue Legacy 2 feels like the original but perfected in every single way. Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone who loves rogue-lite games.

First of all, Dying Light 1 was much better in most aspects and if you choose between those 2, definitely get DL1 instead.
This game on the other hand is very polarizing. A lot of good, a lot of bad.

Parkour is great overall, but it can be really clunky sometimes.

Combat is decent, but again, it can be clunky. Considering amount of hours you need to 100% a game, combat definitely should be deeper, because as of right now, dodge+ good h1 weapon is all you need, with occasional dropkicks or hooks.

City is big and (especially on second area) vertical but there are a lot of copypasted elements.
Same can be said about activities- there are tons of content, but it's mostly go there, fight there, look for something in different proportions.

Writing is terrible. All the main characters with a very few exceptions are dumb, unlikable or both. There are a lot of stupid dialogues, situations and twists. You often get a choice (and often this choice is difficult), but it doesn't have any consequences in the game world.

That said, my final opinion of Dying Light 2 is more positive than bad. It is not masterpiece and it can be repetitive and dumb, but gameplay loop is still decent and sometimes the game provide you with genuinely amazing moments.

Absolute peak of aggressive racing!
Flatout 2 was the best already and this game is basically Flatout 2.2.
More opponents (11 compare to 7), additional mods, slightly upgraded graphics, new soundtrack, some very minor balance changes.
Outside of this- nothing change since original game. However, nothing was broken and there are even more opportunities to make chaos so I call it an upgrade.
Also you have mods support in steam now!

True masterpiece. Every aspect of the game from atmosphere, sounds and visuals to storytelling and gameplay is outstanding. The best metroidvania right now.
Honestly, the only problem with Hollow Knight is when you play other good games of genre after it, they feel crude and unpolished.

Early Access Review
Even though it is an early access, game already can offer a lot.
Gameplay reminds of Minecraft and Terraria with base building, scavenging biomes and killing bosses to craft better equipment to scavenge new biomes to get even better equipment.
Combat reminds of Dark Souls with constant stamina management, medieval equipment and the fact that game looks harder than it is until you know what to do.
All of this wrapped in great atmosphere of Viking adventure and good music.
Also visuals- they look really unique because game mix ps2 models and textures with modern lighting and post processing effects and honestly looks amazing.

And just to make it even better- game has good coop. PvP is available only if both sides accept and there are totems to forbid other players from messing with your structures.

Every activity has some depth in it: from chopping trees which will fall and collide with other objects to building a base where you will have to think about stability, comfort and even smoke physics.
Amount of activities is really impressive too: combat, building, crafting, exploration, forest chopping and mining, boss fights, sailing, hunt, fishing and taming, cooking and etc.
In addition to that you don't have to watch for your hunger or any similar things: you eat only to get health boost for dangerous areas so you spend more time for adventuring instead.

I can't really say a lot of bad things about the game, but:
-fights are bland and usually it is just luring enemies one by one with killing them with arrows or block- punch- fall back to regain stamina cycle. There is not much utility either.
-FPS is not really good and while your base will grow fps will drop even more, especially if you are playing coop.
-There are some troubles with AI which can be easily tricked and some rare but annoying bugs (the worst happened to me was losing my items after death- grave was nowhere to be found)

Overall Valheim is already amazing as it is and it has a lot of potential to became even better with new content and optimization. Definitely worth the price.
