To all Triumvirate members: I am contemplating a change of Law #10 to have the Universal Server Alliance as the primary group since it is a public group that people can join. In addition, I am thinking of creating forums in the Universal Server Alliance for applications.

Just a heads up to everybody, i am moving into my dorm at Texas Tech University! My laptop has not come in yet, and i think it will be another week and a half before i get it. I am taking a leave of absence. I do not know how long, but it should not be more than a month. My reasons are my own. I may get on teamspeak every now and then, but it will not be very often. I will not be online to chat, but will still be on steam.

* Not wearing the tags.
* Not participating in the community.
* Not participating in |UGA| games.

III. C. 6. "No member shall skip birthday parties without a valid reason. Offense Level: Minor" has been removed and invalidated for being unconstitutional, it conflicts with III. A. 3. "No member shall play a game which he or she does not find fun. Offense Level: Major".

Anyone who wants this law can repropose it.
