Group itself feels somewhat dead, so far.

So what's the deal with the custom maps server? why does it no longer run workshop maps?

I took the custom server down for a bit. Need to sort out some crashing issue this weekend.

Latest update broke a lot of things. I am hoping to get these things fixed tonight/tomorrow when I get a chance.

Latest workshop fixes last night broke the workshop server. We are going back to using fastdl until valve can fix things properly. Will update once we get everything set up again.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that ctf_infiltration just got updated to a new version (b15) on the workshop, and that (as far as I'm aware) there's still currently a bug on the workshop that causes servers not to download new versions of maps if they change their filename.

So unless you have a workaround system in place for this bug, It'd be great if you could update the server rotation to ctf_infiltration_b15 manually to get the latest version of the map and to prevent a possible mismatch between the server's version and the clients'.

Hey danteahc, steam groups are glitchy atm. Other groups have the same problem showing 0 online and 0 ingame. We are starting again this week filling the servers. Our focus is going to be the workshop maps server. it should be full right now.

Also it seems to have been four days since anyone's posted anything.

I see there are 700-some members here but not one of them seen to even be online at any given time, and whenever I get onto the custom server there's literally nobody there. Is there something wrong?

Yep, will get that map on rotation. For ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I just have to test this plugin that will kill bind anyone who advertises it, then perma mute them if they do it like 3+ times. Currently, there should be a !votekick on all the servers.

Is it possible to auto kick/ban people that spam the lamobox add? or is there something in lamobox that stops that?

Hey guys, can you get the PAYLOAD Snowcoast aswell to server ? Its one of the best maps i've seen so far.

There is an issue with the custom server. I am going to look into it tonight. @pazer, I will see if I can find something.

Can we get a map rate plugin on the workshop server so maps that nobody likes are removed from the rotation?

Sourcemod updates have been applied to the NA Custom, and Payload last night. EU updates will be applied later on as I cannot apply them myself and need to use a support admin. Everything should be working ok. Let me know if anything happens that shouldn;t.

Updates broke a few things. I have scrims/matches and will be fixing them after. Don't worry, I know lol.

Have you thought about making a workshop collection filled with the maps currently in the custom rotation? It'd probably be good advertisement, and it'd certainly make the process of joining the servers for the first time far less painful for new players.

The new EU is super laggy, as below; warping at 30 ping.

The EU server seems to be lagging for everyone. I'm warping while moving even though my ping is 50.

Map changed before I managed to try to rejoin bbut the current map managed to download fine.

Try restarting steam and let me know if it works.

cp_snowplow appears to be causing the missing map error on the EU server.

Workshop bug confirmed. If you run into the map not missing, please let me know what map caused it and I will remove it from the rotation until it gets fixed.

I emailed valve about it. Server is not autoupdating the maps either. Not sure if I did something wrong, or it is just broken.

I think it is a bug. try running this tf_workshop_refresh in console

Every time I try joining the custom map server, it says the map's missing and doesn't download it, but I've been subscribed to every map that's been on the server when I try joining. Anything I can do or is it just a bug?

Mumble ain't working for me, it's saying "Server connection failed: connection refused". Is the server down or did you change servers or what?

pl_abandoned_upward is BEAUTIFUL. Been waiting for a spring/forest-themed Upward for months, and was even considering making one myself. Thank you to oktoberart and pybun for making it – really, really fantastic job. Hopefully rc6 will come out soon and overall map size will decrease, and players will be able to get higher frames as well. :) Also excited to see future "abandoned" maps!!

I looked at the logs and it seems someone went on a votekick spree and kicked a lot of people off the custom server. You should not have been banned from the servers. Please retry connecting (to the custom and another one) and let me know if you can get in. I am going to ban the people for a few weeks because they were abusing the voting system.

okay, so i played on this server 192.223.30.51:27015 and like a minute after joining I was vote banned for "spamming" when i did nothing but do what everyone else was doing, which was playing the game. So i just have that complaint and I want to know why I was banned if you could do that please. I so far love these servers and I just want to be unbanned. Thanks!
