My fellow soldiers of the 33rd i have posted the newer verision of the draft of the BCN constitution now pelase read what i ahve finished and please vote again and say yay for a yes i luv it and nay for a please chaneg this to the beast of yourr ability thankyou

Amendment 12: All men under the battle flag of the BCN are expected to uphold the demanded respect the Union Jack presents to them and to follow all laws of war and rules/Amendments of this constitution that is/are presented
Amendment 13:

Amendment 9: All persons under the Union Jack of the BCN will obey a command when it is ordered and will follow all amendments otherwise they will be court-martialed to the minister of justice and he will give the punishment that he sees fit [but it will be a fair punishment]
Amendment 10: At anytime BCN is at war with another nation [such as the defeated Sicily] the use of Mods is illegal in the battles against that nation during game play.
