LOL sPv, man that brings back good memories. You're going to laugh but sPv stands for sex penis vagina, the P is capitalized if you have a penis, and the V is capitalized if you got a vagina. If you're a she-man, I guess you can be sPV. Anyway, time to rock the tag again, it sucks being tagless.
