The school year is almost over, and it will end at about the same time as the ultimatum. I'll make sure to push the forums a bit more once school ends, sorry for being so inactive.

I suppose I could set one up soon (spring break is next week), I've just been sort of busy. All members can organise games without having to ask, it doesn't always have to be me.

If you mean passive as non-competitve then yes, definitely. The group isn't meant to judge by skill or playing ability, and we don't really get angry and flip out at people that are new. If you mean passive by inactive, that is also true. Not many people have been loooking at the forums lately.

Is it just me, or is this group slightly passive? I'm new to groups in general, so I have nothing to compare it to.

For those members who would like to play this Thursday evening (feb 20) at about 8pm Colorado mountain time I will host games. Game will be password protected so only open to members. Contact me if you are interested and want the password. Map will be a 3v3 or FFA, no nukes, no arty. I'll allow navy unless players prefer no navy or map has no water. Game speed will be normal to +4, supremacy mode. I do not really like rush timers but I may engage rush timer to prevent rush of commanders. I have 1893 hours on record but about 1,888 hours batteling AI, very few hours against human players. Short story could not play due to lag issues. Lag issue has been fixed. Any suggestions on maps to play? I will send out the password sometime after 5:30 PM MT on Thursday, Feb 20.

Wanted to add this comment in case there might be another person having odd ball experiances. I have a bunch of hours mostly against AI as I had lag problems which took three years to figure out, had one phone line inside house that was wired as line two. I have no idea how it even worked. I get spanked nearly every time I play, can't seem to develop economy/army/tech tree rapidly enough. For the longest time I thought I had version 1.26 as that is what appeared on screen in lower right corner. Now that I am able to play online it turns out I had version 1.25. Apparently when I played against someone in the past my version number must have updated to 1.26 so I could sync up with other players but the actual version was 1.25. Now that I am playing online I noticed the lack of huge power farms and was having a lot of difficulty staying alive for 10 minutes. I downloaded 1.26 and that corrected some playing issues but the economy and some units are very different.

I can play most any evening after 7pm MT as I am in Colorado.

Im able to play on Staturdays and tuesdays.
