Mccascot, the chat room is accessible through next to the logo (currently a ? :P) it mostly says 0 in Chat... but that's where you will find people easiest. They can help you show where the base is and other things.

I'm a newb...how do I use steam to chat and isn't there a reddit base?? Can anyone give me any help?

DDevil. I have exactly the same problem as you. I am also on Win7 x64, can create a character, but then cannot connect to server

Has anyone had any problems getting the game to run on Windows 7? I've tried running in all the different compatibility modes but none work. I get to the screen where you press enter and after pressing enter I just get a screen with nothing but a picture in the background and it just sits there.
