If you are taking damage without seeing monsters then you are subscribed to HL2Monsters and must unsubscribe from that and purge or delete your cache to see my version and play on the server.

What causes the "slapping" aka "died of a sudden heart attack" deaths? The server is fun to play on but random, unexplained deaths kept ruining it for me.

I would delete your whole cache folder first befor trying to join the server.

They really need to add an edit button lol. But anyway I forgot to mention that I went as far as checking game integerety, and even deleteting the entire kf2 folder in documents and unsubscribing to other mods on workshop so this was the only one. I thought it might have been one of the others conflicting or something but it seems to only be yours.

I don't know why but everytime I download this modpack and then run killing floor 2 it either crashes on startup or I just get a black screen.

Well if you have nothing to do then goto your cache folder and delete folder 906870682. I have updated server content and have to update redirect also. Its is not all fun and games. 2 new weapons, 4 character models, and updated rpg mod functionality. I will be revealing new perk class later this week.

Yes it was updated yesterday. So the server version was old. I have updated the new version on the server and players should be able to connect. Any problems pls let me know. Thanks.

Black Mesa map is 1.2 gig. So it is better to subscribe to the workshop item page than depending on the server redirect. I did upload it to the redirect but it is possible the author made a update which would cause a different version. I have pulled it from rotation for now.

Did you try the pinned suggestion by OldSchool for deleting your cache? Reinstalling the game won't fix the problem if it has to do with items not touched by the install such as mods or workshop items.

Then add me on steam and try being polite...not like you were on the server. There was a data loss a while ago on the server regarding some levels. Nothing that can't get straightened out in game.

I'll admit yes I was rude for a second there, but I was salty about losing all my prestige from the 300 hours i've put into this server. I've been here since Sheep ran the server, but it's been months since I logged. So ultimately I'm just confused. I asked who admin was and they kicked me. So idk what to do right now. >.>

Well if the server crashed then that would explain the data lose. It obviously wasn't saved.

The Guns are blue and white texture and some mobs i cant see ive done the workshop and deleted Cashe but its still messed up

Love the server. Extra levels, extra guns, skins, zeds; absolutely glorious. The turret's a nice money-sink too. Great on all accounts other than the nukes. I know it's OP players vs. OP zeds, but the animation is what really does it.
