He's released some good games on Steam already: Supreme Ruler 1936 and Supreme Ruler Ultimate.

Yes, RPG Maker is supported here, since some good games were made with it using advanced scripting, custom graphics etc...

His brother and himself have been working on a wonderful Sci-fi settlement simulation game called "Unclaimed World".
