Should I post anything here? Not sure how valuable having the steam group is for discussions and community stuff -- though I think the Steam Curator part is going pretty well.

Cleaned up the old newsletters - I think I'm just going to keep 'em in an archive somewhere. I'm not entirely sure what I'll be posting in updates for the Steam group but I'm up for ideas - I could do temp posts for when I'm live, or similar updates to what I post on YouTube, etc.

Weird looking back at this stuff after moving for work, covid starting, etc.

No newsletters anymore, at least for the time being. Think it wasn't doing a really good job of being a status update for the stream & upcoming stuff, and it was probably only worth doing when I was trying to stream full-time back in 2016.

I don't put 'em out on a regular basis but I'll be putting up a new one sometime this month.

Was planning on posting newsletter 2 here as an announcement but for some reason it won't go through. I've got a support ticket in and hopefully they respond asap.

I'm thinking that Civ5 is probably the type of thing that I'd want to do on a weekend slot when I finish The Wolf Among Us or I'm done with the Bloodborne playthrough videos.

What about a Jerp and Solid online Co-Op Civ5 done in installments, or a couple hours at a time, until the match is finished?

Hmm. Well I have started a whole ton of matches before, yet I have never actually finished one. I know you don't have a whole lot of excess time on your hands, so sitting down and spending time in offline mode probably isn't an option. And I don't think we can make matches last about 45-60 min but we can save online matches, and return to them every week or something. Not sure you want to devote that much into it though, and I am perfectly fine with you not wanting to. I just think that the game would fit your stream.

Well if anyone else in the group wants to play CIV5 just message me, because I would be down for that.

I'd only be up for Civ5 if it was a bunch of people who hadn't played the game before, and it could be kept down to 45-60 minutes a match. Last time I played it, I had been invited to play by a bunch of people who were super pros and they trashed me and just left me to watch and be bored as hell, rather than giving me some room to learn (it was my first time playing).

I think it would be cool if we could get a CIV 5 game going with some of the people in the group. Thoughts anyone?
