Thanks to everyone who could join us tonight; those who played and those who spectated. We had 2 matches, another one was plagued with issues (hosted on EU) which had to be remade twice. It seems that Singapore suits most people. Anyways, we had cable cuts so that's always another headache to deal with.

We'll be continung next week as well. Check out match my history to see how everyone played.

Hardly play the game, ( I play League of Legends), but this got me interested! Hopefully something similar can be started for LoL. Anyways, take it easy on me + I got a lot of keys

Btw, anyone else getting lag spikes? The game runs fine, and then suddenly for a up to 2 mins there's lag (game stops for split-second, then continues normal, stops split-seconds, contrinues).

I've tried resetting router, flushing dns, running in DX9 (not a hardware issue, PC is good enough)

Any solution to this? Used to happen occasionally, but now it's alsmost every other game. I'm lucky when I don't get it :(

Btw, I'm adding pretty much everyone as a friend (and suggest others do so as well) so it's easier to just start a game together if people are online.

IGN ME is the in-game channel name we use to keep the conversation going. Towards the evening (GMT 5 PM to 8 PM) is when it should be up for sure, but feel free to use the IGN ME channel name to create the channel, and talk to and play with people who are otherwise not on your friends' list.

I play from Egypt , usually from 7 p.m to 12 a.m (cairo time). I play in EU and South Africa servers

Just to make things clear, EU servers are not bad, though some people would have better ping on SE Asia servers, I am going to post the pings I get for each server below (done with private games, etisalat 16Mb):

US West: 237-266 ms
US East: 266-271 ms
Luxembourg (EU East): 116-134 ms
Stockholm (EU North, this is known as Russia server): 152-166 ms
Austria (EU West): 144-165 ms (with packetloss sometimes)
Singaphore (SE Asia): 66-80 ms
Shanghai (China): for some reason do not allow me to create a private match >_<
Brazil (South America): 326-345 ms
Australia: 341-366 ms
South Africa: 259-268 ms

Then I think it depends a lot on your ISP and how they're routing traffic. Indeed some people get better pings on Etisalat to EU servers compared to Asian servers, and the opposite is true with du.

Btw, I think we'll all have to add each otherwise we can't invite anyone from the group list to play with us.

Playing from oman, idk i get worst ping to SEA 350+ EU stands to be good 170ms

Are there a lot of people in SE Asia who speak English? And do Russians play there too? >.<

Agreed, SE Asia is the best for me too (on du 8MB connection). I usally get ~110 to 90ms. I used to play on EU servers but too many Russian players and I can't communicate any strategies with them :p

Available 8 PM to 1 AM (KSA).

SE ASIA is best ping for now

I've tried all of the regions, and SE ASIA gives me the lowest MS, around 70-90.

I tried both Europe regions and they both give me something around 120-160ms.

Other regions give me too high ping to play.
