@Tate. Your login for the panel is different from your email address. Mine was generated and sent to me. Just use the password reminder for the control panel if all else fails :) That's what i did and I got my details sent to me

Can you tell me if there is a plan to provide the dual instances for ARK: Survival Evolved, where players can use the Cross-ARK travel feature between two maps? Great customer service! They really help noobs like me. I will be a returning customer. I think i will just keep my server for a year just so I don't have to set it up again. That is when Ian finishes helping me set it up properly. I guess I was never ment to code or set up servers. Thanks for the help, fully reccommend their services.

Just now got a response and they have no ETA on the LA fix.

LA location has been down for 2 days now. I have 2 servers with HH but I'm starting to lose confidence with them. No updates to players is rather disappointing.

Im renting an Arma 3 modded server from Host Havoc. I am in agreement with people here saying their support is speedy and on point. I have had help from numerous people on their support team. Their datacenters are solid. I am a satisfied customer.

I have been hosting an Ark server with another company for a few months now. Unfortunately, my server went down over the weekend. A support request was opened yet no response was ever received.

After over a day of radio silence from the other company's support team I decided to give Host Havoc a shot and signed up for their service. My server was provisioned within minutes and I was easily able to restore my server's save via FTP. I initially got the "Server Not Responding" error when trying to connect. I created a ticket with Host Havoc and two minutes later (literally) I received a response from Scott C. The problem was fixed immediately and my friends and I were able to login. Amazing response time, seriously. It's been almost 36 hours and I've yet to receive a response from the other guys. Needless to say I'm cancelling that service and hosting with Host Havoc moving forward.

TL:DR: Customer support is insanely responsive. These guys are awesome

I purchased a server for ARMA 3 today, I have spent hours trying to get it to work, it wont even work vanilla, its been frustrating...about to give up.

ProxD it took mine like 3 mins. It is all preset for you. You can change the settings yourself, but when you buy it its just like the normal official ark servers.

how long did it take for anybody here made a ark server how long time did it take until it was done?
